Creating a guild

Updated 2026-10-07

How to create one

  1. Open the “Guilds” section and tap “Create a guild”.
  2. Enter a name and a description. The game rejects text with banned words: “That text isn’t allowed. Try another.”

Creating a guild is free. A new guild starts at level 1: two seats, counting yours. How the next ones open up is shown in the table on the “Leagues and the treasury” page.

Roster

Tap a member: you can make them a deputy or an attacker, remove them, or hand the guild over to them. The limits on roles are on the “Guilds” page.

Invitations

A guild has a link (the “Share” button) and a code you can read out to someone.

Message to the guild

The owner can write to all members or to a single role. The message arrives in Telegram direct messages. The whole guild gets one message per half hour.

Topping up the treasury

The “Top up” button moves CBW from your balance into the treasury. How much the treasury must hold for raids is covered in “The Guardian and raids”.

Handing over and deleting

The owner cannot leave the guild until they hand it over to another member. After the handover the treasury stays in the guild, while the split settings and the founder tax pass to the new owner. A guild cannot be deleted: the game has no such button.
